Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Our Services
We provide organic social media management services, including content creation, graphic design, caption and hashtag writing, content calendar planning and platform management, as described on our Services and Pricing pages.
2. Plans & Billing
Our plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. Yearly plans are billed for 10 months and include 2 months free, as reflected in the total charged. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
3. Content Approval
All designs and captions are shared with you for approval before publishing. Delays in providing approvals, business information, or access to your accounts may affect our ability to meet posting schedules.
4. No Guarantee of Follower Growth
We focus on organic strategies, professional content and consistent posting. We do not buy followers, likes or engagement, and we cannot guarantee a specific number of followers, as organic growth depends on many factors outside our direct control, including platform algorithms.
5. Cancellation
Our plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in contracts. You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting us; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback and access credentials required for us to manage your social media accounts.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, designs created specifically for your brand become yours to use. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Social Media Manager is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including changes in social media platform policies, algorithms, or third-party account suspensions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
